The George Frederic Foundation was created with the mission to educate our community on End-Stage

Kidney Disease (ESKD) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). This non-profit was created in honor of my father, Dr. George F. Miller, who passed away in 2015 due to renal failure and kidney disease. In honor of my late father and to educate my community I will be hosting the George Frederic Foundation's first event/ launch on April 29th 2023 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We would love the attendance of all our family, friends, and supporters as we embark on this new journey to decrease the lack of knowledge within our community and help families in need! The event is a launch dinner for family and friends so we can share with you all that we've done so far and will continue to do!

So that we can begin to pour into this non-profit and our community the cost of attendance will be $45 that will cover your meal, etc.- there will be an open bar for alcoholic & non-alcoholic options plus a catered meal!

All donations & $$$ Proceeds will be going directly to 3 Fresenius Kidney Care Clinics in Raleigh, North Carolina. We will also be teaming up with the clinics to offer monthly sessions on teaching those wanting to switch from hemo dialysis to peritoneal dialysis! Lastly, We will be creating "appointment resource" boxes to deliver to those specific clinics as those were the clinics we took my father to.
